Compensation: $100–$500 per estimate (based on project scope)

🔍 Role Overview:

Reframe Remodels is seeking a detail-oriented Estimate Coordinator to streamline our estimating process. You'll receive site visit notes, photos, and measurements directly from the General Contractor and use our estimating platform (JobTread) to produce accurate, professional proposals. Your work enables us to respond quickly to client inquiries and keep projects moving efficiently.

✅ Core Responsibilities:

  • Review job site notes, scope details, and photos

  • Input data into JobTread using our pricing database

  • Assemble clear and professional estimates and proposals

  • Notify GC when estimates are ready for review

  • Make timely edits based on feedback if needed

🔧 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with residential remodeling or construction estimating

  • Familiarity with JobTread or similar CRM/estimating platforms

  • Ability to interpret project scopes, field measurements, and jobsite photos

  • Experience creating basic drawings or plans is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

🕒 Workload & Turnaround:

  • 3–10 estimates per week

  • Estimates due within 2 business days of receiving project notes

💵 Compensation:

  • $100–$500 per estimate, based on complexity and scope

  • Paid per completed estimate
